Experience
Read Window Products management team collectively possesses over 107 years of project management experience and 67 years of installation experience with regards to hospitality. Our experience has enabled us to maintain relationships with Wyndham Vacation Ownership since 1981 and allowed us to grow, adding Slifer Designs of Edwards, CO, and Marriott designer/specifier for the award winning Ritz-Carlton property of Bachelor Gulch to our already esteemed customer list.
Quality Assurance
Quality assurance not only begins in the workrooms but also on-site during installation. Read Window Products maintains two workrooms, Knoxville, Tennessee and Asheville, North Carolina. It is in these workrooms that we possess the most recent window treatment fabrication machinery to fill multiple orders, completing numerous projects simultaneously. On-site, Read Window Products ensures flawless installations by employing their own installers. Employing our own installers eliminates errors otherwise inexperienced, sub-contracted installers would make on hospitality projects. Read Window Products may be required to work with local installers in foreign countries such as the Caribbean due to local laws and regulations. However there will be a Read Window Product employee on-site at all times.
Flexibility
Read Window Products understands that things out of our control can happen to change deadlines or create time crunches in the fabrication process. Read Window Products is dedicated to making our customers’ projects run as smooth and seamless as possible. One example of how we achieve this is by beginning fabrication of jobs even though all fabric may not have been received. Fabric companies are known to be unreliable and have frequent backorders. By beginning early fabrication we ensure that jobs will not have to be rushed, eliminating possible fabrication errors due to a constrained timeline.
Destinations
Read Window Products has completed work all over the United States, even Hawaii. Our work also extends off-shore to multiple Caribbean destinations. Our company is experienced in shipping to off-shore destinations and our employees possess all the necessary documents to travel outside of the United States.
Vendor Support
Read Window Products is one of nine Signature Partners of Levolor-Kirsch in the United States. This relationship has been developed since 1981 ensuring our company quality product and competitive pricing. Aside from Levolor-Kirsch we have sought out other quality vendors for lining, drapery hardware, blinds and shutters for hospitality use. The vendors supply us with current literature and training so we can in turn educate the designers and specifiers of the most current trends, ultimately leading to a successfully designed and award winning project.
